About Revolution Mobility

Revolution Mobility was founded in 2003 with the singular mission of enabling the elderly and disabled to live life to the fullest. We accomplish this by selling high-quality, reliable durable medical equipment, releasing our end users from physical constraints by enhancing their mobility. Hence, our tagline – “Freedom in Motion”. Since 2003, we have experienced rapid growth. We believe that this is due to our compelling value proposition, which is centered on three principles:

Quality – We believe that quality is paramount to our success and the success of our customers. First and foremost, we care deeply about the well-being of our end users. No less important, quality products reduce the total lifetime cost of ownership for our customers. No time wasted interacting with customer service reps, no money wasted shipping product back-and-forth. We get it right the first time!

Customer Service - When customers do require further service, we provide it with a similar dedication that we exhibit towards product quality. Our customer service team receives extensive training in our product suite and service offerings. They are knowledgeable, affable and responsive. We are a flat organization and pride ourselves on accessibility and lack of bureaucracy. At the end of the day, everyone at Revolution Mobility is a customer service representative in some capacity.

Price – While superior quality and customer service are often reflected in premium prices, Revolution Mobility employs a lean and effective business model which enables us to offer highly competitive pricing to our customers. By offering our superior products and services at a reasonable price, we are delivering on the “value” component of our value proposition.

Following the acquisition of the assets of our predecessor company in 2008, the new ownership and management team at Revolution Mobility set out to turn the DME and mobility market on its head.
